Steps

  1. Step 1: Start a Design & Creative Audit

Choose New Audit, then Design & Creative Audit. Choose the Project, or Create a New Project, choose the Audit Type, and choose Continue to Assets.

  2. Step 2: Add files

Drag files into the upload area or choose Add Files. You can select several at once. Files stay private to this Workspace.

  3. Step 3: Select PDF pages

For each PDF, choose Select PDF Pages and pick the pages with Select All, Select None, or page numbers separated by commas. Then choose Extract Selected Pages. Extracting pages doesn’t start the review.

  4. Step 4: Wait for every file to be ready

Each selected file must be ready before you generate. Remove any file that failed.

  5. Step 5: Review and generate

On Review & Confirm, choose Generate Report and confirm. A design audit uses one full generation for every 4 files, with each selected PDF page counting as a file.

What you should see

When the review completes, the report appears in Reports as a draft. Prooflin reviews only what your files actually show.
