Before you start

  • A report in Reports.

Scores

Scores are Prooflin’s interpretation of the input and evidence you supplied. They aren’t third-party metrics and aren’t a guarantee of rankings, traffic, or conversions. A section marked Not scored had nothing reliable to score.

Severity, priority, and confidence

Finding labels
LabelWhat it tells you
Severity: Critical, High, Medium, or LowHow serious the issue is.
Priority: P1 Immediate, P2 High, P3 Planned, P4 Nice-to-have, or P5 MonitorHow soon to act. The priority action plan follows this order.
Confidence: High, Medium, or LowHow strongly the evidence supports the finding.

Evidence and limits

Each finding cites the evidence it’s based on, and the evidence, limitations, and appendix close the report. Where data wasn’t provided or couldn’t be read, the report marks it as Missing data instead of filling the gap. A report marked Partial result has limited coverage; review its limitations before you share it.

Labels such as AI generated and Regenerated · Review show where content came from. Sections marked Internal only never appear in hosted reports.

Steps

  1. Step 1: Open the report

Choose Reports and open the report.

  2. Step 2: Start with the summary and scores

Read the summary and the scores for each area to see where the main issues are.

  3. Step 3: Read the findings

For each finding, check its severity, priority, confidence, business impact, and the evidence it cites.

  4. Step 4: Use the priority action plan

Work through the actions in priority order, starting with P1 Immediate.

  5. Step 5: Use the replacement copy

Where the report suggests new wording, copy it and adapt it to your brand.

  6. Step 6: Check the limitations

Read the evidence, limitations, and appendix to see what the audit couldn’t observe.

What you should see

You know which findings matter most, how strongly the evidence supports each one, and what the audit couldn’t see.
