Three Separate Allowances
Website preview audits, full generations, and PDF exports are counted separately. Using one does not reduce the others.
Full Generations by Report Size
A website audit uses 1 per 10 pages, a design review 1 per 4 files (each selected PDF page counts as a file), an ad campaign report 1, and an Ad Campaign Audit + Client Report 2. You see the exact number before you start.
Monthly Reset on Any Billing
Paid monthly allowances reset each month, including on annual subscriptions. Unused amounts do not roll over.
Capacity Limits
Active projects, active hosted reports, and custom domains limit what the Workspace holds at one time. They are not used up and do not reset. Archiving a project or unpublishing a hosted report frees capacity.
Per-Audit and Per-File Limits
Pages per website audit, files per audit, and the maximum file size apply to each audit or upload, separately from monthly usage.
Ad Campaign Audit + Client Report
Produces two deliverables, an internal audit and a client report, so it uses two full generations. Available from Professional.
PDF Exports
Creating a new finalized PDF export uses one PDF export. Downloading a PDF you already exported does not.
No Automatic Overage Charges

Owners see the plan, the renewal, and how much of each allowance is left this month.
Per Workspace. The plan, its allowances, and its team-member limit belong to the Workspace, and everyone in it shares them. A second Workspace has its own plan.
You save 20% compared with monthly billing, and you pay once a year. Starter works out to $23.17 per month, billed annually at $278; Professional $63.17 per month ($758 a year); Agency $119.17 per month ($1,430 a year); Scale $239.17 per month ($2,870 a year). Allowances stay monthly: they reset each month, and unused amounts do not roll over. The saving applies to these four plans only. It does not apply to monthly billing or the Trial, and Enterprise pricing is set in its own written offer.
Each complete report Prooflin generates, counted by size. A website audit uses one generation for every 10 pages (a 25-page audit uses three), a design and creative audit uses one for every 4 files, with each selected PDF page counting as a file, and an ad campaign audit or client ad campaign report uses one. You see the exact number before you start. If an audit fails because of a problem on our side, its generations are returned automatically, up to three times a month. A one-page website preview uses the separate preview allowance. Editing report text yourself does not use a generation; generating a whole report again does.

Yes. On any paid plan, the Workspace Owner can buy extra full generations in packs of 10 for $50, plus any tax shown at checkout, up to five packs a calendar month. They last 12 months, are used after the month’s plan allowance with the earliest expiry first, and can be used while the Workspace has an active paid plan. Packs are not refundable, except where the law requires.
White-label PDFs and hosted interactive reports are included from Professional. Hosted reports on a custom domain start with Agency, which includes one domain; Scale includes three. A custom domain is used for hosted reports, not for the Prooflin app or sign-in.
Prooflin does not charge for extra usage automatically. For full generations, buy an extra pack, wait for the monthly reset, or move the Workspace to a larger plan. For other monthly allowances, wait for the reset or upgrade. For a capacity limit, such as active projects or hosted reports, archive a project, unpublish a report, or upgrade. Per-audit limits apply when you start an audit, so you can include fewer pages or files.
The Trial lets one Workspace evaluate Prooflin for seven days, within the Trial limits shown above. Your seven-day Trial starts after payment-method verification and eligibility confirmation. It does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. White-label PDFs, hosted reports, custom domains, Ad Campaign Audit + Client Report, and priority processing are not included.
Cancellation stops future renewal at the end of the current paid term, and paid access ordinarily continues through that term. No prorated refund is promised, except where required by law. Verified duplicate charges or billing errors may be corrected or refunded. Different Enterprise terms require an approved written agreement.
