PRODUCT · REPORT DELIVERYAVAILABLE FROM AGENCY
Share hosted reports from your own domain.
Add a subdomain you control, and your published reports open at that address with your branding instead of a prooflin.com link. It is the same hosted report; only the address changes.

SETUP
Four steps, and you always know where the domain stands.
You add one DNS record at your DNS provider. Prooflin checks it, sets up the certificate, and shows the status in Workspace settings.
STEP 1
Add the Domain
Enter a subdomain you control, such as reports.youragency.com, in Workspace settings.
STEP 2
Configure DNS
Add the CNAME record your Workspace shows you at your DNS provider.
STEP 3
Verify Ownership and Readiness
Prooflin confirms the record, then sets up the certificate. Timing depends on your DNS provider.
STEP 4
Use It for Published Reports
Once the domain is Active, eligible published reports can open at your address.
Three states to know
Choose a state to see what the Workspace shows and what happens to your reports meanwhile.

WHAT THE DOMAIN IS FOR
Your domain serves hosted reports, and nothing else.
Use a subdomain, such as reports.youragency.com, rather than your main domain. Everything outside the published reports stays on Prooflin’s own addresses.
Served from Your Domain
- reports.growthpilot.example/fitforge-june
- reports.growthpilot.example/nova-website-audit
Published hosted reports from the Workspace, with its brand profile applied.

ALLOWANCES
Domains and hosted reports are counted separately.
- Adding a domain does not add hosted report capacity.
- A report on your domain still counts as one active hosted report.
- If you disable the domain, reports go back to their prooflin.com links. Re-enabling it does not need a new verification.
