Before you start
- Access to at least one Workspace, as its Owner or through an accepted invitation.
What the Workspace owns
A Workspace is your agency or company in Prooflin. It owns the plan, the shared monthly allowances, the team, the branding, the Projects, and the reports. Usage by any member counts against the same Workspace allowances, and billing stays with the Workspace rather than with the person who set it up.
You can belong to more than one Workspace. Each has its own plan, usage, Projects, and team, and your role can differ in each.
Projects
A Project groups the audits, files, and reports for one client, website, brand, or campaign. Active projects count toward the plan’s capacity: 1 on the Trial, 3 on Starter, 10 on Professional, 30 on Agency, and 100 on Scale. Archiving a Project frees capacity, and an Owner or Admin can restore it later.
What each role can do
Members prepare drafts and choose Send for Review to ask an Owner or Admin to finalize them. Each Workspace has one Owner, and ownership moves only through Transfer Ownership in Team, never through an invitation.
