Needed to perform these steps

Before you start

  • A free seat on the Workspace’s plan. Pending invitations count toward seats.
  • Your colleague’s email address. Only that address can accept the invitation.
  • The role they need: Admin to manage the team, brand, reports, and publishing; Member to create audits and edit drafts; or Viewer to read reports only.

Steps

  1. Step 1: Open Team

In the sidebar under Workspace, choose Team.

  2. Step 2: Choose Invite Member

The invitation dialog opens and shows how many seats are free.

  3. Step 3: Enter the email and choose a role

Enter your colleague’s email address and choose Admin, Member, or Viewer. Only the Owner can choose Admin. Ownership is never granted by invitation; it moves only through Transfer Ownership.

  4. Step 4: Choose Send Invitation

Prooflin emails the invitation, and it appears under Invitations as pending until it’s accepted. You can resend it, which stops the previous link working, or revoke it.

What you should see

When your colleague accepts, they appear in the team list with their role. They use the Workspace’s plan and are never asked for a card or a Trial.
