Three kinds of limit
On the Trial, the amounts are totals for the seven days: 5 website preview audits, 1 full generation, and 1 regular PDF. They don’t reset monthly and don’t replenish.
What uses what
- A one-page website preview uses one website preview audit.
- Full generations are counted by report size: a website audit uses 1 per 10 pages, a design review 1 per 4 files (each selected PDF page counts as a file), an ad campaign report 1, and an Ad Campaign Audit + Client Report 2. You see the exact number before you start, and if an audit fails because of a problem on our side, its generations are returned automatically, up to three times a month.
- Creating a new PDF uses one PDF export. Downloading a PDF that already exists doesn’t, and a failed PDF doesn’t count.
- A published hosted report uses one active hosted report slot until you unpublish it.
- An audit counts only once analysis starts, so cancelling before then doesn’t count one, and retrying a failed step doesn’t use another.
What to do at each limit
Steps
Step 1: Open Billing & Usage
In the sidebar, choose View Usage, or choose Billing & Usage under Workspace.
Step 2: Read the usage meters
The meters show how many full reports and PDF exports this cycle has used, and how many hosted reports, Projects, and team seats the Workspace holds.

Check which kind of limit you’re close to, then use the remedy for it in the table above. Only the monthly reset or a plan change makes more previews or PDF exports available. For full generations, an extra pack also works on a paid plan.
What you should see
You can see this cycle’s usage for each allowance and how much capacity the Workspace has left.
