Before you start
- Remove credentials, payment details, and unrelated personal information from files before you upload them. Upload only material you’re authorised to use.
How files are handled
- Files are private to your Workspace and tied to the audit they were added to. There’s no shared file library.
- Prooflin uses your files only as evidence for that audit’s report and reviews only what they actually show.
- Screenshots added to a campaign audit are kept as private evidence and aren’t read automatically.
- Source files stay private unless you publish a report snapshot. A hosted report shows only that snapshot’s client-safe sections, never your raw uploads.
- Prooflin doesn’t connect to your advertising, analytics, or design-tool accounts, or to Search Console. It works with the public pages you add and the files and figures you supply.
- Deleting a Workspace removes its Projects, reports, files, and hosted links within 30 days.
Steps
Step 1: See a Project’s files
Open the Project and choose Open Files to see the files tied to each audit.
Step 2: Remove a file from an audit
Before you generate, choose Remove File on any file the audit shouldn’t use.
Step 3: Remove a client’s work
Archive the client’s Project, then delete it. Deleting disables its public report links.
What you should see
Files stay in the Workspace and the audit they belong to. Only the report snapshots you publish are public.
Common problems
No. Files are private to the Workspace they were uploaded to.
Raw uploads aren’t published. A hosted report shows only the client-safe sections of the snapshot you publish.
Remove the file from the audit before you generate. If a report already used it, delete the Project or ask Prooflin for help.
