Getting Started

Getting started with Prooflin

Create your account and Workspace, start the Trial or choose a plan, and run your first audit. At the end you have a draft report to review.

Before you start

  • An email address that can receive a one-time code. Prooflin has no passwords: you sign in with an email code, a passkey, or Google.
  • The input for your first audit: website page addresses, design files in PNG, JPG, WebP, or PDF, or campaign exports.
  • A payment card, if you plan to start the Trial. Verifying it charges nothing.

Steps

  1. Step 1: Create your account

Choose Get Started, enter your first name, last name, and work email, accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and choose Send Verification Code. Enter the six-digit code from your email. You can also continue with Google, which asks only for any missing name details and your agreement to the Terms.

  2. Step 2: Create your Workspace

Enter a Workspace Name, choose how you’ll use Prooflin, and choose Create Workspace. The Workspace holds the plan, usage, team, Projects, branding, and reports, and you become its Owner. Creating a Workspace doesn’t start the Trial or charge anything.

  3. Step 3: Start the Trial or choose a plan

Choose Verify Payment Method to start the seven-day Trial, or Choose a Plan Instead. You can also choose Do This Later; audits, uploads, and new Projects stay unavailable until the Trial or a plan is active, while settings, team, and billing stay available.

  4. Step 4: Create your first Project

Enter a Project Name your client will recognise, because it appears on reports and PDFs. Add the client or business and notes such as audience, goals, and tone if they help, then choose Create Project. A Project groups one client’s audits, files, and reports.

  5. Step 5: Run your first audit

Choose what to audit first: Website Audit, Design & Creative Audit, or Digital Marketing Campaign. Later, start any audit from New Audit in the sidebar.

  6. Step 6: Review the draft

When generation finishes, the report appears in Reports as a draft. Read it, edit what needs changing, and have an Owner or Admin finalize it before you export or publish.

What you should see

Your Workspace shows the Trial with its end date, or your plan, and your first report appears in Reports as a draft, ready to review, edit, and finalize.
