Before you start
- Pages that are publicly reachable. Prooflin reviews only pages it can reach and doesn’t sign in to private or members-only areas.
- The full address of each page, starting with https://
- A Project for the audit, or create one as you go.
Three ways to add pages
You can also upload a CSV file of page addresses, with one column named “url” and one address per row. Pasting the addresses, one per line, works the same way.
Steps
Step 1: Start a Website Audit
Choose New Audit, then Website Audit. Choose the Project, or choose Create a New Project.
Step 2: Add pages
Under How Do You Want to Add Pages?, choose Single URL, Sitemap, or Pasted List, enter the addresses, and choose Continue.

Choose Complete Website Audit to cover all five categories in one report, or a Technical, UI/UX, SEO, Content, or Marketing Audit. Then choose Discover Pages.
Step 4: Review the discovered pages
On Review Discovered Pages, include the pages you want audited and exclude the rest. Filter long lists, or choose Include All Valid. Pages Prooflin can’t audit show why, such as Invalid URL. Excluded pages aren’t audited and don’t count toward the page limit.
Step 5: Preview or continue
Choose Free One-Page Preview for a first look at one page, or Review & Confirm to check your selection.
Step 6: Generate the report
On Review & Confirm, choose Generate Report and confirm. A full audit uses one full generation for every 10 pages, and you can leave the page while it runs.
What you should see
The report appears in Reports when it’s ready. Findings are Prooflin’s interpretation of the pages it could reach, not third-party metrics.
