SIGNED IN
We recognise your account and take you to your Workspace’s Enterprise request, which the Owner or an Admin submits.

An enquiry doesn’t create an account, activate a plan, or agree Enterprise terms.

BEFORE YOU WRITE

Five details make a message easier to answer.

  1. What you were trying to do
  2. What happened
  3. The page or feature involved
  4. Any error message, word for word
  5. The Workspace or report name, only where it’s needed

Please don’t include passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, API keys, or other credentials.

There’s no need to attach audit files or client data. Describe what you saw in words.

EXAMPLE MESSAGES

ToProoflin SupportSubjectProduct question

Detail 1: I was adding our June Meta Ads export to a new Ad Campaign Report.

Detail 2: The file uploaded, but no metrics appeared for review.

Detail 3: New Audit → Ad Campaign Reports, at the Add campaign data step.

Detail 4: The message said: “Couldn’t read sheet “Summary” — merged header cells. Try exporting as CSV.”

Detail 5: Workspace: GrowthPilot Studio.

The error is quoted exactly, and the Workspace is named because the question is about its upload.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Read how your data is handled.

Security & Data Handling explains private inputs, Workspace access, AI review, and deliberate report sharing in plain language. The policies have the detail.
